  • Occupancy of up to 200 guests.

  • If renting on a weekday or Saturday, place should be vacated by 10 pm.

  • If renting on a Sunday, place should be vacated by 3 pm.

  • Alcoholic or caffeinated beverages, non-vegetarian items, items containing eggs such as cakes & pastries are NOT allowed for serving.

  • Cleaning after the event is the responsibility of person(s) organizing.

  • Catering service is available.

our rates

  • Nominal charge of $350 for 4 hours + $75 for each additional hour.

  • Kitchen is available for $50/hour with management's approval.

  • Sound system & projector are available for $50.

  • Plates, cups & spoons are $0.50/person.

  • Security deposit of $150 refunded after post-event inspection.

  • Payment is due at the time of rental approval.
